During your initial consultation, we will review with you the questions on our Bankruptcy Worksheets. Going over these questions with you serves three purposes. First, you will learn the types of information you will need to furnish to us should you decide to file bankruptcy. Second, we will get a first impression about your financial situation, which we will use to make recommendations to you about bankruptcy. Third, we will save you time and effort by marking out the questions on the worksheets that do not apply to you. If you wish to proceed with a bankruptcy filing after our consultation, you will take the worksheets home, fill them out and return them to our office along with your fee or a down payment on your fee. We will use the bankruptcy worksheets to input your data into our forms preparation software and generate your bankruptcy papers.
